DELIVERY

Your package will be delivered to you free of charge via DHL Express courier within 1-2 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return the product you've purchased, simply send a request to [email protected]. You can return it to us free of charge by packaging it in accordance with the instructions outlined in our return policy. Exchange of items purchased on our website is not possible. However, after returning your item, you can reorder the correct colour and size with free shipping advantage. Please be advised that in case of a full return (all items in the order) the initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund, customs fee will be covered by the receiver (for countries outside of Europe).

RETURN POLICY

• The return must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
• The original packaging of the product must be undamaged.
• Labels and, if any, logos must not be removed.
• The item must be in a resalable condition.
• Returns are not accepted for underwear and swim briefs due to hygiene reasons.
• For hygiene purposes, returns are not possible once the hygiene seal of the bikini bottoms and swimsuits have been removed.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return reaches the relevant warehouse and its compliance with the return conditions is verified, the refund process for eligible items will be completed within 5 business days to your bank account. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the bank processes. Items not meeting the return conditions will be returned to the delivery address.
